Care and Maintenance Guidelines

2. Cleaning: The electronic component is detachable. Remove it before cleaning the nylon collar. Hand wash the nylon collar with mild soap and water, then air dry completely. Do not machine wash.
3. Water Resistance: The collar is designed to be waterproof (EN471 certified) for everyday use and light rain. Avoid prolonged submersion in water.
