Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, and return shipping will be covered by TurboTech.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to defects or damage, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and health or personal care items are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
