Care and Maintenance Guidelines

1. Ensure the collar receiver is fully charged before each use to maintain optimal performance and battery life.
2. Regularly clean the collar receiver and strap with a damp cloth to remove dirt, debris, and moisture. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
3. Periodically check the fit of the collar on your dog. It should be snug enough to prevent movement on the neck but loose enough to allow two fingers to comfortably slide underneath.
4. Store the transmitter in a dry, indoor environment, protected from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
5. The collar receiver is waterproof; however, the transmitter is not. Do not expose the transmitter to water or moisture.
